Store Credit & Exchange Policy

Our Exchange & Store Credit Policy is effective for 14 Days from your Purchase Date.

To be eligible for credit, Clothing items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that all other items (i.e. books, food products, Jon Hart, etc.) are Final Sale Items and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. 

*Discounted, Clearance Items, & Seasonal Merchandise are not eligible for credit/exchange*

To complete your return, we require your receipt as proof of purchase. 

     

    Online Order Exchange/Credit Process

    1. Please email shop@revelwilde.com to initiate the credit/exchange process.

    2. Re-package the item to insure it cannot be damaged in transport. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return/exchange with original tags attached.

    3. We will send you a pre-paid label for return. If you received Free Shipping during a special promo - there will be a return shipping charge of $5. 
      Schedule a UPS/USPS pick up, or drop off at your local UPS/USPS post office. 

    4. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been inspected and processed and your exchange will be sent out or store credit will be applied to your gift card balance. Please allow 5-10 Business Days.
