Return and Exchange Policy

 

Important Policy Update - Effective October 1, 2025

Returns/Exchanges:  Please note that all purchases made on or after October 1, 2025 are considered FINAL SALE and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards:  Revel Wilde will be transitioning to a new system and process beginning in 2026; as a result, all gift cards balances must be redeemed no later than December 24, 2025.

If you discover an item to be defective, please contact us at mercantile@revelwilde.com with your order number and details about the product in question. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED FURNITURE: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you believe you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Furniture and Lighting Claims must be submitted within 48 Hours.  Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to mercantile@revelwilde.com.  Please include the order number in the subject line.
