Return and Exchange Policy

Revel Wilde accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date for clothing items only.  All other categories of merchandise are classified as FINAL SALE.  Please read ahead for additional details prior to submitting your request.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds on returns are issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card to revelwilde.com – no exceptions.
  • Refunds on exchanges are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refund amounts are calculated on the price paid for each item (plus tax) and will not include original shipping costs.


Return Policy

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date – including weekends and holidays. Please contact us at shop@revelwilde.com to initiate the return process.
  • Clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with price tags attached.
  • Clothing items that have been marked as discounted, seasonal, or Clearance are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost is $5.00 and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Once the exchange item/s has been received and inspected by Revel Wilde, you will receive a store credit in the form of a e-gift card to revelwilde.com for the amount of the returned item/s (minus shipping).


Exchange Policy

  • We do not hold sizes for exchanges.  Place a new order for your desired size/style size.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at mercantile@revelwilde.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you believe you have received a damaged product you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Furniture and Lighting Claims must be submitted within 48 Hours.  Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to mercantile@revelwilde.com.  Please include the order number in the subject line.
