Our policy lasts 15 days from your purchase date. Items unused and in original packaging may be brought back for a refund or exchange with certain limitations.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase we will issue you a store credit at the current sales price plus applicable taxes. No Returns will be accepted or Refunds Issued after 30 Days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as specialty food products, special orders, and custom designed merchandise will not be accepted to return.
Do to the Demand of YETI Products, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on these purchases.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
Special Buy, Discounted, and Seasonal Merchandise will be issued a store credit within 10 days.
Red Line and Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, we require your receipt as proof of purchase.

Estimated Domestic Shipping Time
Snail Mail (USPS) - 4 to 9 business days from the date package is shipped.
Expedited Ground - 1 to 5 business days from the date package is shipped.
Express 2-Day Shipping - 1 to 2 business days from the date package is shipped.

Return & Refund Policies
Item must be in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for a return/exchange with original tags attached.
Any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Eligible returns received by our warehouse within 15 days from delivery will receive a full refund.
Eligible returns received by our warehouse between 16 and 30 days from delivery will receive store credit equal to the value of the item.
Refunds will be issued 3-4 business days after receipt of return.

Schedule a FedEx/USPS pick up, or drop off at your local FedEX/USPS post office.
