Our Exchange & Return Policy is effective for 14 Days from your Purchase Date.


To be eligible for credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the orginal packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Goods such as speciality food products, special orders, and custom designed/ordered merchandise will not be accepted for return.


*Discounted, Clearance Items, & Seasonal Merchandise are not eligible for credit/exchange*


To complete your return, we require your receipt as proof of purchase. 


Shipping & Returns from online purchaseS


Estimated Domestic Shipping Time

  • Snail Mail (USPS) - 3 to 7 business days from the date package is shipped. 

  • FedEX Ground - 1 to 5 business days from the date package is shipped.

*Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing. Free promotional shipping may be unavailable during other occasional shipping promotions. Personalized items typically ship in 5  Business Days. Please email for options to rush processing. Orders will be shipped complete.

Return & Refund Policies

  • Item must be in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for a return/exchange with original tags attached.

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Eligible returns received by our warehouse within 14 days from delivery will receive a full refund.

  • Returns received by our warehouse after 14 days from delivery will receive store credit equal to the value of the item.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of return. 

Return Process

  1. Please email to initiate the returns process.

  2. Re-package the item to insure it cannot be damaged in transport. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return/exchange with original tags attached.

  3. Schedule a FedEx/USPS pick up, or drop off at your local FedEX/USPS post office.

  4. You will receive a return confirmation email once the item has been inspected and processed. Please allow 5 Business Days.
