What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept orders through the mail. Please note that credit card processing is done in real time, and your card will likely be charged before your order ships.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

As a Texas-based business, all sales are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

We pride ourselves in processing orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we are typically unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please review your cart carefully before placing your order.

Email mercantile@revelwilde.com immediately if you discover a mistake was made entering your shipping address and we'll do our very best to make updates in time.  In the event rerouting a package becomes necessary, any resulting fees or charges to will be billed to the customer. 

I bought an item online; can I exchange it in-store?

Absolutely! If you are located near the area of Dripping Springs, TX we'll be happy to process your exchange or issue a store credit (clothing items only). Only clothing items are eligible to be exchanged in-store for another size or style within 14 days of the original purchase date. Seasonal and discounted clothing in addition to all other categories of merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible to be exchanged.

 

 

I bought an item online but don't live near Dripping Springs; can I still make an exchange?

Exchanges for eligible clothing items purchased online must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.  At this time, Revel Wilde is unable to offer return shipping and the customer is responsible for any cost to do so.  Seasonal and discounted clothing in addition to all other categories of merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible to be exchanged.

 

Why are Furniture, Large Decor, and Lighting Sales FINAL?

We are unable to process returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as all pieces for online orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Make sure to inspect all pieces immediately upon delivery. Order Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery so that a replacement shipment will be arranged. 

 

What do I do if my item/s arrive Defective/Damaged?

Please submit an Order Claim via email to shop@revelwilde.com within 48 hours of delivery along with evidence of the defect/damage.

 

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we are only able to ship to locations in the lower 48 States. Please contact us directly for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

 

When will my order ship out?

Most orders of in-stock merchandise ship out within 3 business days following order placement. Items requiring manufacturing will take longer, depending upon the item.  We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc. Furniture and Lighting Purchases are shipped directly from the Manufacturer - typically you can expect shipping and tracking information within 7-10 business days for in-stock items. 

 

What happens if I order something out of stock?

Try as we might, sometimes orders slip through the system that contain out-of-stock items. In these instances, we reserve the right to cancel either the out-of-stock item/s, or your entire order and will issue a refund to your credit card for any item/s we cannot ship. We'll also reach out beforehand to inform you of the reason behind modifying your order.

 

Is my personal information kept private?

Always.  Revel Wilde will never sell or distribute your shipping/billing addresses, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone ever. Your information is strictly used only during the process of conducting business, such as a courier delivering your package or if we need to contact you with a question about your order.
